Delivery Information
If you haven’t received a ‘Thank You For Your Order’ confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the timescales stated in the Confirmation email to you, then please email our Customer Services department [email protected] or phone us on 01926 613889
Our products are despatched from a variety of warehouses around the UK. We use a range of Royal Mail, couriers, and our own delivery vehicles to make our deliveries.
Delivery Areas
You can currently only order online for delivery to the Mainland UK and if you have a valid UK postcode. Certain professional products are not permitted to be shipped to Northern Ireland due to specific hazard classifications. Please email us on [email protected] for further details
Delivery Cost
All prices included on this site are exclusive of VAT and, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, basket or checkout area, are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added in the checkout area.
Proof of Delivery/Signature
All our goods are delivered using a 'signed for service' which requires a signature on delivery.
If you are purchasing professional pesticides, the customer, or appointed person with authority to sign, must sign for goods at the delivery address given at the point of sale . Goods are not permitted to be left without this due to the nature of the products.
Delivery Lead Time
Standard delivery time for most products is three working days following the day of order. Saturdays and Sundays and official UK Bank Holidays are NOT defined as working days.
Bulk Orders
Recognising the demand from professional amenity purchasers, we can offer discounts for bulk orders. If you require products to the value of £250 (exc VAT) or more, please contact us for details of discounts available.
