Refunds and Returns
Please check your delivery upon receipt. If they are unfortunately damaged and require a signature by the courier, please sign for them as being damaged and contact us immediately.
Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Carriage charges for goods refused unjustifiably will be charged to the customer.
Goods returned to us without our permission will incur an administration fee of £5
All goods remain the property of Chemigro until paid for in full.
Returns Policy
Change or cancel an order
Generally it is not possible to amend an order or make changes once it has been placed.
However on occasions we may be able to intervene before it has been despatched. If you wish to add or remove products to your order, change your delivery address, or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Service department on 01926 613889 or email us at [email protected] . If your order has not been packed or despatched we may be able to amend it in time for you. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, you will then need to follow our Returns Procedure.
In the event of unwanted products, there are some products we cannot cancel, refund or exchange including made-to-order items, or products of a perishable nature.
