Definitions
In these terms and conditions the agreement applies between you ‘The Buyer’ and user of this website being the purchaser of goods from us ‘The Seller’ ChemiGro under these terms and conditions. ‘The Website’ means www.chemigro.co.uk and its content.

Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions will occur on the first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.

Prices
Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rates and delivery costs.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.

Payment
Payment must be made prior to dispatch of all goods.

Delivery
The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment, however this can vary depending on stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated dependent upon the quantity, size and weight of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply if your postcode falls within an 'extended' area. If you live in an extended area these incur an additional charge of £21.36 (inclusive of VAT) over and above our standard delivery charges. Further details available at the point of sale on our website

Special delivery charges can be quoted upon request.

Overseas orders
We do not ship outside of mainland UK.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been dispatched.

General
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose. The Seller will accept no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing goods and equipment supplied by The Seller.

All offers on The Website are subject to stock availability and The Seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.

We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions and specifications, whilst given as a guide and in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice.

All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor.

Stock is allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based on the stock figures shown.

Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

‘Account’ means collectively the personal information, payment Information and credentials used by users to access Paid Content and/or any communications System on the website

‘Goods’ means any products that the Company advertises and /or makes available for sale through this website

‘Carrier’ means any third party responsible for transporting purchased goods from our premises to customers

‘Courier’ means any third party responsible for transporting purchased goods from our premises to customers

‘Content’ means any images, text, graphics, software, video, audio, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website

“Company” means ChemiGro whose registered office is at 15 Warwick Road, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 6YW.

‘Service’ means collectively any services or information online facilities that the Company makes available through the website either now or in the future

‘Payment Information’ means any details required for the purchase of goods from this website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes

‘Purchase Information’ means collectively any orders, invoices, despatch notes, receipts or similar that may be in hard copy or electronic form

‘Premises’ Means our place(s) of business

‘System’ means any online communications infrastructure that the Company makes available through the website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links

‘User / ‘Users’ means any third party that accesses the website and is not employed by the Company and acting in the course of their employment; and

‘Website’ means the website that you are currently using (www.chemigro.co.uk) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. subdomain.chemigro.co.uk) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use this website only with the supervision of an adult. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.

Guarantee
All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Email communication
For the purposes of communication by means of electronic mail, the domain name chemigro.co.uk is the property of Chemiculture Ltd. It is expressly prohibited to submit or add any email addresses within these domain names to newsgroups, chat rooms or any other mass mailing sources or devices on the Internet.

Use of the website
We ask that you use this website in good faith.

Track Your Order

• 'Many thanks for your purchase and your prompt payment. I am pleased to inform you that your item has been picked and packaged and is now ready for dispatch. Your item will be sent via UPS. If you have any questions in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact us.'   This means that your order has been received, paid for, processed, packed and is awaiting collection from our courier

If your order looks to be incomplete, over delivered or damaged, or you have any questions on your order please email our Customer Service Department [email protected] or [email protected]  or call us on 01926 613889 

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives incomplete, please email us at [email protected]  or call 01926 613889. If your order is incomplete, it may well be that the products are being sent out from different locations, and will arrive separately; please if possible allow a little time before contacting us.

Returns procedure
Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be agreed and processed via Chemigro. If you want to return items you have purchased, please email our Customer Service Department [email protected]   or call 01926 613889
Chemigro will process your refund within 10 days of us receiving the items back in good re-saleable condition
Chemigro will refund the credit/debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order

Refunds policy
We hope you are happy with all your purchases from us. However if you are not, please arrange for the return of the product to us, and we’ll exchange or refund it to the credit / debit card of the person who placed and paid for the order.Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase online or via phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund of the product, provided you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt of your product. 

Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described on the following:

•Products that have been produced to your specification or specifically ordered for you.
•Products that have a use by date and/or are perishable
•Products supplied, despatched by third party providers and subject to their own terms and conditions. 

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you purchase online or via phone:
•You are entitled to cancel your order should you wish to, provided you action it no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services from Chemigro
•The right to return products does not apply to products produced to your specification, or are liable to perish quickly
•Should you wish to cancel, you must take care of the goods and inform us that you wish to cancel
•To cancel the order, you must let us know that you want to cancel it and contact us according to our full terms and conditions under Cancellation and acceptance of orders
•If you decide to cancel your order you must email us [email protected] or call us on 01926 613889 to arrange cancellation and subsequent collection of product/s
•Where goods are faulty or damaged,  the customer has a minimum of 30 days in which to return  goods.
•Unless agreed with the Seller in writing the Buyer will be liable for all additional return costs of products to the Seller. 

Due to the nature of some items,  Chemigro will in most instances need to arrange collection from you, through an ADR registered courier. All return delivery charges will be charged ‘at cost’ and deducted from the returnees refund.
